To focus more on rapidly authored eLearning content, I am excluding the screen recording tools which are mainly used for software simulation type of courses. But such tools may not be suited for all types of eLearning courses as the fixed behavior templates may pose constraints on the instructional design and creativity.

CSV file not really suited as backup, since you cannot edit a question once it has been added to the CSV sheet. Blank master slide is always required (for PPT import an software simulations), 4 question master slides and one score master slide.

It works within PowerPoint so that any one who knows PPT can quickly come up to speed to create a nice looking presentation.
