Let us take a trip back to the late 90s and 2000. For those of us who were there the first time around, we saw quite a bit with e-learning and the world for online corporate learning. You added “objects” ADDIE (developed for everything but e-learning) was tapped. I went with a Hybrid form of ADDIE.

Another session was around ecosystems, which sounded like this would be amazing. Many times, I have run into whatever the learning system is, it stinks, and when you do a deeper dive, you find the content is the culprit here. What to Ignore ADDIE. Sounds great, but it has passed its prime. But is the learner happy?

That is to say, as a whole the e-learning industry, especially authoring tools and LMS/Learning systems are often two steps back, when everyone else or at least the masses are one step forward. but in the e-learning world. Courses created specifically for online learning. ADDIE - Should be punted into outer space.

"Emerging" = kinds of e-learning that are just starting to show up -- in labs, new company offerings. In the 90s there were one or two ways to do e-Learning: CDRoms and then the web. Pages and pictures and some sound and we turned the pages and took a test. This was "e-Learning 1.0". A big explosion in the last 2 years.

Now, that may sound worse, but it is actually better. On the learning system or any online learning platform, would security be even better using blockchain? Data shows majority of people access a learning system out of the workplace. And therefore, against social in their learning system?
