My job was to help author SCORM 2004, focusing on how to develop content that would work in SCORM systems. I helped with LETSI in 2008-2009 while I spent most of my working life at W.W. As early as 2004, you could find demonstrations by the Korean Education and Research Information Service (KERIS) of SCORM running on COMPAQ PDAs.
