My job was to help author SCORM 2004, focusing on how to develop content that would work in SCORM systems. As early as 2004, you could find demonstrations by the Korean Education and Research Information Service (KERIS) of SCORM running on COMPAQ PDAs. That’s the means by which I’m able to lead the effort in IEEE.
