According to a source, SumTotal is coming out with a new revamped version – including UI in 2016. My source tells me that this new version is in production as we speak. I have reached out to SumTotal about seeing this latest version in the next few weeks. Cornerstone OnDemand. I’ll keep you posted.

I identify the Big Dogs as SumTotal by Skillsoft (yes, that is the actual name), Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SucessFactors and Oracle Taleo (although, I ask myself who is using this and if you still are why?).
