A Look Back at 2020 for E-Learning

From a vendor perspective there was a huge impact, but what was odd, is that some vendors still are living in the past, as though, this is a minor blip, and in 2021, everything will go back as it was – corporate wise that is. Sorry to disappoint – but it won’t. . that needed a system. I know it seems odd.

LXP – The Answers you seek

They continue to muddle up the learning system space. The way a 3rd party content provider works with an LXP (or any learning system that offers a marketplace) is that they have a partnership agreement – allowing the vendor to have them in their marketplace. Today, it is the format most vendors follow, including LXPs.

In 2019, the US workplace will be 10 years “younger”! Meaning folks who are too young to enter the workforce in 2009, would have entered by 2019, and the current old folks would have retired. In 2019 this percentage would have jumped to 35-40%. Expect the price to fall below $100 soon as demand picks up.
