Last week I moderated a Technology Council event on Web 2.0 The point that Matt made was the corporate IT has gone from leading technology innovation to being a laggard that adopts after consumers. And now as things begin to transition to eLearning 2.0 Is that our destiny in the world of eLearning 2.0?

It is the year that I recognized that there is a revolution going on in eLearning similar to 1996 when I saw that web-delivery of tools, content, etc. would grow to dominate in what was then a desktop/CD-ROM world.
