We intentionally licensed the specification Apache 2.0 The LRS could be the part of an LMS that receives data from an eLearning course. I know that you can have a LRS without it being in a LMS or an authoring tool. You’re not bound to the assumptions and workflows that come with an LMS. Thank you for that.
