Storyboards were common. Output was AICC (boo) and SCORM. Things called Layers existed – a common term used in Adobe Photoshop, but for WBT? Yes, it was a fun time, if fun is using a stress ball. Did I mention that going with a 3rd party custom dev shop to create a Level 1 or 2 course might take six months? Not so much.

is overwhelming, unless they have used a product in the past like Photoshop that uses layers. At least SCORM support – Plenty still support AICC. Adding video/audio/documents – Video can be a video file, link from YouTube, Vimeo and so forth. Output to HTML5. 2004 (3rd edition) included. Works with any LMS .
