Biz Library. There are few and I mean only a few who follow this pattern (example: Skillsoft), where the course library is the primary and the system secondary. The second way, is you can purchase the LMS without buying their (Biz Library) courses. Plus why are you AICC course standard? SCORM yes – AICC?
