Re-sellers of systems, this is becoming quite popular and often times the potential customer has no idea. Systems that are only talent management systems . Why has total vendors dropped? It enables you to look back and see the triumphs, the disappointments, the good and the bad. Many people look back and are amazed. Others look back and say “What if I did that” or “What if…” It is always a half full/half empty experience.

CertPoint was a consideration as well, and they do offer mobile learning with some social learning. Tango is a different product line from CertPoint – fyi. Initially I was going to provide a list of all my award winners including web conferening, stand alone mobile learning, etc., but after much consideration, decided this week to focus only on the LMS sector. Before announcing the winners, I have seen a trend regarding mobile learning, that can easily mislead folks. Mobile Learning. However, with ASTD’s TechKnowledge 2011, starting next week, I’m going to hold off until after TK11, to write on virtual worlds. What I like about conferences is the ability to see the latest products and hear the pitches from the vendors. Demonstrations are crucial, whether it is a 30 minute one, with an audience or one on one, with a potential customer. Regardless, you need to have your product out and showing. Learning Trade Shows.
