I personally feel that Moodle is good at the limited stuff it does. But it's not really an enterprise LMS and has some very serious deficiencies when it comes to many of the needs of corporate training departements. SkillPort scores very high as well on satisfaction. NetDimensions Enterprise. PeopleSoft Enterprise Lear.

I mean if you are a hardcore SharePoint person who wants an LMS built on SharePoint, then ELF is a serious contender (there is really only one other who is close, but they are not at HR Tech, so sorry, no name mentioning). Oh, strategic learning, extended enterprise and compliance are all included in their LMS. SCORM yes – AICC?
