Course Player is not a Popup (thus requiring the learner to turn off a popup blocker). What I am finding is that AICC is nearly gone in the LEP space (as it is with LMSs too), so if I was you, I’d seek SCORM, SCORM 1.2, Nearly identical to what you will find my LMS RFP Template with the exception of this feature.
