What is an LXP and why do I want one?

Getting back to being unaware, I find the same issue with a few vendors in the learning system space who are really LXPs, but have no idea. The difference here though, is that those two vendors specifically, really had ZERO idea where they slid into. Under the Analytics. Here is why it is a bad idea. Want to know why?
