The latter is slowly gaining speed, which is an advantage to LMS vendors who have a CAT in their own product – which is SCORM,PENS/IMS compliant. I believe once Articulate and some of the other big names truly launch products (such as Storyline), the market will wait. Works on Mac. Still in the infant stage.
