The client is sadly under the impression that capturing screenshots of the application using a Rapid e-Learning Authoring Tool like Captivate and putting those inside a UI is what goes by the name of sim training modules. The client has to be a partner in this and provide organizational support post implementation to drive adoption.

Wednesday, June 27, 2007 The Rise of Rapid e-Learning Mike Alcock, MD of Atlantic Link Ltd has written an article over at Trainingzone.co.uk: The Rise of Rapid e-Learning. This sounds like a bit of an overstatement to me. Why pay someone else $25,000 when you can buy Articulate or Captive for under $500 and do it yourself?
