Im still a really hands-on person. Or maybe Im just too lazy and poor. Now, Im not linking to John just because he is full of praise of me (which is nice and somewhat embarrassing, I must admit.), My truthful answer is that Ive heard of some of these theories and theoreticians. Personally, I dont think so.

I have always found her optimism and outlook refreshing and helpful (check out this post on a Crash Course in Learning Theory )- others apparently thought differently. A culture of critique (done right and well) will benefit us personally, professionally and will create a stronger industry and better experiences for our clients.
