Cornerstone’s LMS is ideal for those in the mid-market, Enterprise (5,000 and up), and Large Enterprise space. For a system and a company worth an estimated 1B dollars, the UX for metrics should be impressive borderline unbelievable. I do not see it for small businesses (999 or less) or customer education. Absolutely.

Since my Top 10 list of LMS vendors has been posted online, I have received quite a bit of e-mail wondering why the biggest names: Cornerstone On Demand, Saba, SumTotal and SuccessFactors are not on the list. As of right now, that doesn’t seem the case, even though many target L&D, which is being cut from companies or downsized. Extended Enterprise is an add-on. For a company like Cornerstone, there is no reason to keep seeing that. It also does not include Saba nor SumTotal. The last Tie. #5 Weaknesses. Bottom Line.
