70-20-10 : No longer applicable to online learning – and here’s why

Theory is nice, but real world and real time experience is superior. And therein lies the problem, the whole issue. Yes it is a shame, but it is reality – you know “real world” Another issue I have with 70-20-10 is that it still follows the mantra of ILT. Not theory. It no longer applies to e-learning.
