LMS vendors license their products in various ways , and they charge for usage based on various metrics. But with external, unknown and infrequent users of an extended enterprise LMS , a per registration or active users/time period model makes the most sense. If you have 10,000 employees, you will need a 10,000-user license.

Metrics are solid. Degreed Intelligence is an add-on (which I wish it wasn’t but what it can do; plus the metrics are far better than what comes out of the box). Add-ons reign supreme here too, and their metrics out of the box are weak. Metrics continue to improve. Metrics are fair. NexGen impressive.
