I s the team a new one – think of the stages of team formation (Forming, Norming…) and not yet used to working together? Adding unnecessary games, locking progress and loading with irrelevant, good-to-know content is best avoided. H ow aligned is the unit/team with the overarching organizational vision/objectives? Do they feel valued?
