I include Learning Portals, LCMSs, as part of the mix. Please remember for TM or as some vendors like to pitch as “performance management or knowledge management&# , the modules are extra and are not part of the system (at least for now). My runner-up is Operitel’s LearnFlex LSP. These standout to me.

If I am a potential customer, I would expect nothing less to come out of the vendor’s mouth on their product and user friendliness. Learning Management Systems, LCMS, Learning Portals. Operitel LearnFlex. If I am vendor, whose product is paid (i.e. Ease of Use – It is! The worst of the offenders.
