Social and Collaboration is a must. Coaching/Mentoring Components (must be active or on the roadmap). Thinking Cap – Has some very nice coaching capabilities, offers a wide set of features, UI is solid, UX is good. Some systems allow you to add product, t-shirts, etc. to check out. UI/UX is extremely important.
