Having a ‘real’ job helps you to define yourself.  You might be a graphic designer, a chemical engineer, a nurse or gardner.  But when you are a consultant, the question “Who are you” is largely up to you to define.  This is the challenging (yet exciting!) situation I have placed myself in.

I would predict that this half becomes some kind of management consultant within the next 10 years. Third post on the collaboration between the INAS and ITM. Future steps to take that enable a strong and successful collaboration while starting up a pilot course in eLearning. This was a wonderful and very fruitful collaboration with a strong, small team of eLearning professionals(Mr Belarbi and Mr Karmi). It is encouraging to be able to cooperate with inspiring, motivated people that want to take action.
As the “formal” consultant role grows for me, I have turned to Adobe Connect as a resource for distance consultation.  At Acrobat.com , you can use it free to meet with one or two people.  It is very fast to setup (under a minute) and works very well.  You can even take control of someone’s desktop.  “Free” fits in very well with my approach to eLearning and social network marketing.
