They had some other clever ideas, but I remember telling their CEO on a webinar panel that mobile learning was the next big thing, and he disagreed. Taleo in turn, was acquired by Oracle. I never tested it, but they noted it. It turned out to be accurate, and the rest is history. And the rest is history.
