And by asking this, Im not suggesting that design isnt important, for it is - its seen by some as part of the pedagogy. I wonder about this, for scaffolding is important for the effectiveness of resources that are used.

Im not sure if the SME was reading a script, reading the notes, or just speaking from the heart. My argument is that if the information is presented as 'real' conversation it is more believable, more engaging and ultimately more effective. for e-learning and CBT projects.
