The desktop version synchs to the web which synchs to my iPod Touch. PPT is among my must haves as well, good for concepts and I have tinkered in Articulate to produce some solid Interactive Job Aids (IJA). A place where I process thoughts and ideas, record notes of online sessions, and seek advice. Evernote I heart Evernote.

This manufacturing process training course was originally delivered as a four hour plus death-by-PowerPoint classroom session (if you could see the original PPT source content, youd begin glazing over within a few slides). And to be honest, it wasnt quite Six Sigma, but close. Within certain parameters as defined by the client (of course).

I start with the same default folder and this way all of my projects are structured the same way. I wrote a post on how to organize and manage your project files. Instead of using the high resolution images during production, use low resolution versions to begin. That’s a good question and really depends on your project.
