All versions of eFront come with a few pre-installed but *NOT* activated modules. You can activate them from the admin interface. As a hint I would suggest to download and use S3Fox, a firefox plugin that allows you to upload files to an S3 bucket from within Firefox. Some of them are already installed in your system!
