This was my second Guild conference (been to Learning Solutions in March) and one thing that really struck me at both conferences is the atmosphere. Atmosphere. Confirmation.

A new step in easygenerators endeavor to change e-Learning. I think the waterfall model and ADDIE have to many limitations.

On demand: agile e-Learning development #LCBQ

The most used one is the ADDIE model, where development has five phases:Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. We do our software development at easygenerator through an agile method and I love it! We build the new easygenerator version in 3 months. The on demand question has a big effect on them.

In 2010 I became CEO of easygenerator, one of the first things I did was writing a mission and vision statement to give clarity to our direction. He is also the one that made agile e-Learning development main stream with his book Leaving ADDIE for SAM.
