CourseLab – ADL SCORM certified, no less. If they do, it is not listed on their web site, so how many people do they think are going to stick around and actually call them or e-mail them? PENS was created in 2005 by AICC as a new interoperability standard. Oh, and they are all free. LAMS – to some degree.
