Workflow 3: Software simulations. At this moment the biggest problem with software simulations are the slides which cannot be interactive because they show mouse movements/scrolling/dragging. Those are SWF-based but will be converted to MP4 when publishing to HTML5. Embedding in a website takes more time.

Retina screen – software recordings. Captivate 9 was the first release which could be used on retina screens. However to record a Video Demo or a Software simulation you did have to edit the AdobeCaptivate.ini file. In Captivate 2017 this is no longer necessary, thanks to the Adobe team!
