On behalf of a blog reader, I had the opportunity to listen in on a webinar for the Taleo Learn Business Edition. SCORM 2004/1.2 AICC/SCORM/IMS. I found it a tad high for small business, thus I do not see it as a SMB product. I can do the same thing, without using your app. Their response? itslearning.
