I was using DazzlerMax and Authorware, which are superior offerings for creating courses. For me, GO1’s track record is mixed regarding buys. Cornerstone Track Record for Learning System Acquisitions Mixed. At the time, I hated it. They disagree (I think you are starting to see a trend here).

Publish includes reporting and tracking details that you can tweak. You can’t see it on iOS tablets, smartphones unless you use an alternative browser and no offense, I have yet to see one that does a great job. Under the LMS section is where you can find the reporting and tracking. Same with the flash icon. Bottom Line.

Typically these notes are then reported in a spreadsheet, a Word doc, via email, or occasionally through a more robust tracking system. Alternatively the comments can be stored in a shared network location so that comments from every reviewer can be housed in the same location.
