I just finished reading an HBR article by Thomas Davenport and Julia Kirby called Beyond Automation , which is the trigger for this post. However, this HBR article takes a different view of automation and digitization of work, going beyond the gloom and doom mindset. The reality is that any work that can be codified will be automated.
