We use Fiverr a lot for character voices in scenario-based training. If you are an e-learning vendor getting paid to make a course for the government, is that commercial use? Let’s say you are using a service to record a narration for your e-learning course. Fiverr is a good example of this.

Learn more – great idea, but they failed at this too (more in a sec). Audio recorder/editor/capture tool. I wasn’t paying attention and it started to record a blank screen of another audio product I was using. Many audio products upon clicking the “record” function immediately starts to record.

Look at the e-learning market and ask yourself, if the consumer market as a whole is using this, why wouldn’t vendors in our space follow suit? If you doubt it, count the number of RCATs who push or mention the fact, they can covert PowerPoint to Flash, or add video and audio to their products. 62% Voice enabled.

Audio Editing. Scenario Builders with your own voice and text. Just the other day I saw a really cool scenario builder that came with a bunch of avatars and had a voice playing. But what it lacked was the ability for you to upload your own voice. I for one, like that because it has run its course (look a pun!).
