They have a freebie version which has an appropriate number of feature sets, then they have paid versions for individual and organization. Plateau is now called SuccessFactors. SuccessFactors – Just for those folks to remember, SF is owned by SAP and had acquired Plateau. They haven’t been Plateau for a few years, so stop calling them Plateau – a pet peeve of mine. That is like calling Blackboard, WebCT, since they bought them more than 15 years ago. Blackboard.

12 SuccessFactors - Thankfully the ol’ Plateau design is long and gone, and replaced with a crisp user interface. Offers a “Premium version” – but either version is priced affordable. . #13 Totara - Extensive feature set, relatively low cost. That said, it offers a lot of bang for the buck. #12
