Integrates JIT learning from their Books 24X7 site. Not a lot of instructional design, just getting people to share content.

I have used www.dimdim.com before and Elluminate (but this is not open source.) Elluminate is a really nice tool but not open source. Big Blue Button is my favorite at the moment!
