Cammy Beans Learning Visions Musings on eLearning, instructional design and other training stuff. So, what do I do if Im not doing that? I use words like "cognitive load theory" or "working memory". Im not such an anal person, so this isnt my favorite thing in the world. What strategies are helping other vendors succeed?

Hes not coordinated enough yet to work the controls, but he seems to have the basic strategy down and tells us where to go. Im definitely hooked -- you might say, "immersed" or "addicted". The eLearning Salary Gender Gap Phew!

Thats one way for me to process the information Im seeing/hearing, and the same may be true for at least some live bloggers. The eLearning Salary Gender Gap Phew!

And now Im here -- "Manager of Instructional Design." But at this point, Im here to stay. My point is this: I dont think Im that unusual.

Im not saying to leave the info a mystery; Im saying that Ive seen a lot of elearning that seems to underestimate the intelligence of the learner and makes every little thing painfully explicit. Im way out of practice.
