Monday, March 23, 2009 Market Differences in eLearning Im a fan of the number 42. One of the reasons is also that Graphic Designers often may not have much work, as sometime people just want ILT, or a few recorded sessions, other other delivery formats like remote training, that do no require heavy graphic or programming work.

The application has what youd expect from a word processor -- copy and paste, find and replace, text formatting -- plus a few more features that have traditionally only been associated with desktop apps. It has intelligent margin, table and image formatting options as well as a sophisticated lists manager. Will the free part stay free?

The right content, in the right format. If they like the colors and the interactivity and the general format, then they consider the project a success. Im interested to see what responses you might get. Im interested to see what responses Ill get as well. That course that meets the needs of the learner. So far, none!

Wednesday, September 05, 2007 Continuing in Second Life Im still at it. At the glacier station you can "animate" the glacier and see how the formation changes as the glacier melts. All this to say, Im keeping an open mind. Im ashamed to admit I havent given it a try yet, although it is on my To-Do list. Schone said.

My current business card says Im a "Manager of Instructional Design". Got accepted to a Masters program for secondary ed, but deferred. And now Im here -- "Manager of Instructional Design."
