I should note that Meridian meets all the B2B criteria and is a top 20 LMS, however they have told me that the prefer a minimum of 2,500 users, which as anyone who knows in the B2B space, you never really know how many you will start or end up with in the course of a year. That said, I do like the very hip modern UI. oh, and nice folks too.

I identify the Big Dogs as SumTotal by Skillsoft (yes, that is the actual name), Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SucessFactors and Oracle Taleo (although, I ask myself who is using this and if you still are why?). However, I will say this: I like what Saba is doing. The system still – equally as Saba – needs some work.
