This is great because they can be edited and customized. If you don’t see it in your version of PowerPoint, you’ll need to upgrade to the Office 365 version. I like to save as a PNG file so that the transparent part of the image remains transparent. Unless of course, you know how to use PowerPoint. Select the image.

Every new version has new upgrades, along with enhanced features. For example, can the images be uploaded in jpeg format only or can you upload PNG as well? Additional Customization: Another important thing is, you need to list out all the elements that you want in your eBook and check if the software can provide it.

To change it to a PNG, You had to download JPG as a web page image and then change it in whatever software you use to do so. A few vendors have multiple LLMs – which I strongly recommend as the best route, even for companies that have added an LLM to be used for their employees, customers, or whomever. One problem, though.

You will need help and how well they support their customers (or even during your trial) is a good bench mark. Unfortunately PENS, to my knowledge, was only implemented in one desktop authoring tool, and it mysteriously vanished in the vendor’s next upgrade. Also get to know how their support team is.
