Integrate with SIS (Student information system) or alike. Most systems in the education space are still strongly focused on synchronous based learning.

Low cost systems are typically SaaS based (then again, the LMS industry as a whole is more SaaS based than hosted on your servers). Many vendors’ sites do not state this information in their pricing. Major downer: available only as hosted on your own servers. Available as hosted or on your own servers.

I am glad to see more vendors responding by e-mail, especially when they require you to fill in the “more information” form on their site, and include your e-mail address. At one time, even requiring your e-mail address, resulted in them calling you and not e-mailing you. Combination. 90 minutes.
