For PPT lovers, you can synch video files with PPT with drag and drop. What really threw me for a loop was that they themselves have no idea what they really are when it comes to their product. It enables you to upload PPT onto the iPad and present it to people – on the floor, at a location, etc. It is 100% bogus.

LMS/LCMS vendors love to tell you who there clients are or better yet show you a list of clients, without really stating if they still use them. One time I found a “client&# who actually left and had no idea the company was listing them on their site. They argue that if it is on the latter, it is not “mobile&# learning.

This year, I estimated a 55/60% e-learning, including some ILT vendors offering some type of e-learning component. . In all the years I have attended and have known about ATD (formally ASTD), this year is by far the most in terms of e-learning vendors, especially those in the LMS space.

Resources – docs, video/audio files, podcasts, PPT, etc. But you do not need research to present information that many folks in e-learning already know – that people tend to use the same features over and over again. Thus, having more isn’t always a good idea. E-Learning 24/7.

They fail to even clearly show their product, let alone present the product sans the standard PPT intro that comes with “learn more” about the solution. You can try to figure out about the product via the company’s web site, but many sites honestly are beyond awful. Talk, Talk (and no, not the band ).
