While the UI needs to continue to enhanced, there is no doubt in mind that this system has vastly improved over the past year. Big wins: support for tablets and thus mobile learning, home dashboard for end users, nice social learning – I love the expert locator and doable performance mgt (for people who want that).

As previously noted, there is a continued increase in vendors who are supporting mobile learning, whether it is by having a stand alone mobile learning platform or integrating it into their system at no additional charge. They are both growing in leaps and bounds for SaaS.
