Low Cost LMS - Help Needed

I have not had much luck with open source LMS programs, mainly because of technical limitations on our part. Do you have any recommendations on which programs to consider? Simply type the LMS vendor name or LMS name in the search bar and it should give you the per user/ per installation pricing. What would you suggest?

Looking Back at 2007

I've basically limited myself to eLearningGuild and ASTD conferences. Discussion will emerge/increase around the next generation of LMS that focus on quick access to content, search, web 2.0 Those seem to have been a good replacement for my conference time. I'm still unsure how I should spend my time. I'm still debating around this.
