That all of these large enterprises already had at least LMS, if not two. That all of these large enterprises wanted a different way to learn, compared to what they were doing today.

While the learning cloud and extended enterprise cloud are purchased by folks, I still see the platform – assuming you get all the modules as a HCM. That said, they are in my top 40 for learning/extended enterprise cloud. At one time Geo was a dominate player in mid size. Taleo – Should be mentioned.
