Storyline is widely used to convert Flash-based e-learning content, which cannot be accssed on most Smartphones and tablet PCs, into the mobile-compatible HTML5 format. The software can be used to retain most effects of Flash. On the flip side, Articulate Storyline provides little support to responsive e-learning.

We saw that the Articulate 360 component enables the development of high quality software simulations and e-learning assessments. Presenter 360 supports most animations of PowerPoint. Translation support of high quality is provided. The language of Flash and HTML5-based courses can be identified by screen readers.

I don’t find developing software simulations to be particularly rewarding, for example, because there often isn’t a ton of creativity. A: I wouldn’t learn Flash right now. The learning curve is too steep, and within a few years I think most work will be in HTML5. Most Flash e-learning now is done with rapid tools anyway.

We saw that Storyline 360 can be used to develop good software simulations and online assessments. Flash objects and interactivities in the SWF format can be inserted. Quizzes can be published to Flash, HTML5, and Articulate Player, a native mobile app available in iOS and Android flavors. 508 , can be developed.
