Kirkpatrick? A course standard does a lot of things, but it is not a factor in terms of you either building a linear course (which is awful) or non-linear (which is why WBT is so effective over ILT). . You go in a line – just like you would in any ILT course or seminar. Sometimes learners think they do because they are thinking from an ILT standpoint. We added a mentor if they needed it, but in each scenario there was no mentor.
