Storyboard your screencast and sketch out the journey before you begin. A pdf storyboard can be downloaded from: [link]. It's always good practice to try and record, edit and produce at the same dimensions i.e. make sure your clips and images (perhaps png files) are all the same size. Screen size is Crucial.
