The basic issue covered in the post was how to test SCORM courses prior to loading on a given LMS (e.g., Docent, SumTotal, Saba, Learn.com, etc.). Formal and Informal – That’s right, it wasn’t all formal, nor was it designed to be. Informal was there. Other fun tidbits AICC was the leader here, then came SCORM.

You can purchase any 3rd party course authoring tool product or use a free course authoring tool product to create your courses and upload them into the Topyx LMS, as long as it is SCORM compliant.
